Her exceptional creativity is a true asset, and we are glad to have her artistic mind on our team!

Our Board President is a distinguished Branch Chief at the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), with extensive experience in federal procurement and acquisition. His legal background provides a valuable perspective to our organization, and we appreciate his dedication to making a positive impact in our community.

J.B. Phillips
Our Board Vice President has extensive government and nonprofit experience, including setting up a 501c3 for the Department of Defense, working with his church's food bank, and serving on their nonprofit Board of Directors. With a PhD and MBA, he is well-versed in nonprofit documentation, making him an invaluable member of our team.

Jeanine Federline
Our Board Secretary is a preschool teacher from Maryland who is deeply committed to promoting social and emotional learning for young children. With her experience at a local food start-up, extensive work in nonprofits, and her Masters Degree in Museum Studies, she brings a wealth of experience to our team.

Our Board Treasurer is an esteemed retired Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in accounting and business. His unwavering dedication to the Elkridge Food Pantry is demonstrated by his 20-30 volunteer hours per week, and we are privileged to have someone with such expertise and passion for making a positive impact in his community on our team.

With her 40 years in nursing and as a nurse practitioner, Lori offers a wealth of knowledge on the dire need for community resources. She has years of experience with providing psychiatric care to the underserved mentally ill population in Baltimore, Maryland. She is well aware of the unfortunate discrepancy between our community needs and available resources. Lori is committed to the vision of Bridging Gaps.
